Team1 has spent the past few years doing the ground-level work of making Avalanche more accessible. 450+ members across 40 countries, 6 official chapters, 600+ community events, 75,000+ Luma subscribers growing 15% month over month, and collaborations with 130 universities. Six country chapters are live, with at least 6 more set to launch before the end of 2026.
Now, Team1 is looking for the next group to grow the Avalanche ecosystem.

Why This Moment
Avalanche’s ecosystem is moving fast, and the gaps where community support makes a real difference are getting harder to ignore. New L1s are launching, developer tooling is maturing, and the user base is expanding into regions that are just starting to find their footing. Team1 is growing its core global team and rolling out 12+ new regional chapters this year.
The people who join now will shape what that expansion looks like.
What Team1 Actually Does
Team1 is a global community built around growing the Avalanche ecosystem through education, events, content, and direct support for builders and newcomers. Members work in their local regions and across time zones to help people understand Avalanche, establish a presence, and join the ecosystem.
What that looks like varies. Some members run hackathons or university workshops. Others write guides, produce content, or help onboard developers and founders. Some show up through Discord, X, regional calls, or by connecting builders with the right people at the right time. Team1 supports all of it: event funding pathways, content bounty opportunities, creative support, and direct connections across the ecosystem.
It’s real work that impacts the ecosystem.
The Kind of Person Team1 Is Looking For
Team1 is built for people who show up consistently in ways that fit their schedule and their strengths. You don’t need to be a full-time Web3 professional or someone who can host events every week. Whether you are a founder, event host, developer, graphic designer, videographer, or business development professional, we are looking for people who bring their unique skills to the table.
