A Dynamic NFT Collection
At the heart of Koroshi is a collection of 2,000 upgradeable NFTs, each representing a young warrior embarking on a journey through three life stages: Kid, Adolescent, and Adult. How fast you progress through the journey is directly tied to your participation in the Koroshi ecosystem.
When you mint a Koroshi, the first thing you’ll need to do is choose between two temples: the Sacred Temple, where honor and discipline are valued, or the Shadow Temple, where scheming and ruthlessness reign supreme. This choice shapes your NFT’s path as you engage in battles, training, and leveling up.
Every Koroshi NFT starts at level zero. Over time, by earning experience points (XP) through training and battles, your NFT evolves visually and also in gameplay capabilities. Reaching major milestones unlocks new reveals, greater game privileges, and even future playable characters (Legendaries) for Koroshi’s upcoming multi-platform video game.
Each NFT is also paired with a soulbound share in Koroshi Studio, the project’s decentralized studio. This gives holders voting rights on future decisions and a share of any profits, creating a direct link between holding an NFT, in-game progress, and real-world ownership.

Koroshi's Gaming Mechanics
Koroshi is more than the average "buy and forget" NFT project. Instead, it rewards continuous interaction. The more you engage, the more your warrior assassin grows, and the more valuable your NFT could become.
Here’s how it works:
Daily Training: All you have to do is log in each day to train your Koroshi (no transaction required). This builds experience points (XP) over time, helping your character advance through stages and unlock new abilities. Participation is truly valued because skipping training means you will fall behind.
Tribe Wars: After choosing to join the Sacred or Shadow Temple, your Koroshi is randomly assigned to one of 20 tribes. Every day, you can launch attacks against other rival tribes to earn Koroshi Points (KP) and weaken opponents.
Each successful attack contributes to your tribe’s treasury and brings strategic rewards back to you. It’s more than just a battle; it's about coordinating with your fellow team members and maximizing the actions you can do each day.
Clan Wars: At level 25, the action gets more strategic. Players can create or join Clans (alliances of up to 50 Koroshi NFTs) and engage in larger-scale battles. Successful Clans can steal resources, build defenses, and develop into dominant forces. These mechanics push teams to think long-term to coordinate strategies, manage clan resources, and properly time attacks.
Koroshi Points (KP): KP acts as the lifeblood of the ecosystem. Players earn KP through training, Tribe Wars, Clan Wars, and social challenges. When the rewards page goes live, KP can then be spent to speed up NFT upgrading, strengthen Clans, or be redeemed for real assets like Avalanche NFTs, tokens, and exclusive merch. The goal is to support the Avalanche ecosystem by bringing additional volume to reputable projects.
There is nothing passive about this project. Koroshi NFTs are active, evolving assets that directly benefit from how much time, effort, and strategy you put into the ecosystem.
What’s Ahead for Koroshi
Koroshi’s roadmap is straightforward and highly ambitious: roll out the NFT ecosystem first, layer in strategic battles like Tribe Wars and Clan Wars, and ultimately connect everything into a multi-platform video game. Every step forward gives NFT holders new ways to interact, compete, and benefit.
Plus, there are rumors circulating of a full dApp redesign, upgrading the entire site into a fully animated mobile gaming platform, but it’s probably nothing.
